Venison is the meat from deer. As deer eat a fairly similar diet to cattle, the meat is very much like beef but darker, leaner and slightly sweeter.
Wagyu (和牛, Wagyū), literally translates to Japanese cow). The secret is the intense marbling that the Wagyu breed produces. The concentration of marbling in Wagyu beef is what gives these burgers their luxurious taste and texture that melts in the mouth. Very low in saturated fat and high in omega 3 and omega 6.
Wild boar is also known as wild pig. It is native to the forests of Europe, north-west Africa & Asia. Slightly sweet taste with an intense flavour, leaner than pork.
Zebras are best known for their distinctive black & white stripes. Their stripes come in different patterns unique to each individual. Zebra meat is very lean, low fat, quite gamey and tastes delicious.
Llama is a South American relative of the camel without the hump. Llama meat is very tender and tastes between lamb and beef, although perhaps slightly sweeter than beef.
